In navigating the often treacherous waters of software development, there arise a great number of ideas. Some of these ideas work wonders in one situation and not at all in another. Every team is unique, so a solution for one is a straitjacket for another. Our only hope is to draw on the collective wisdom and experience of fellow Agilists and to remember that "inspect and adapt" applies not only to the product we are creating, but to the processes we are using.
Here, we will explore some of the ideas and experiences of those who have gone before us into the wilds of Agile practices and adapt them to our current situations. Only then do we become both Agile explorers, and explorers of Agile.
